1. Payment:

• Reservations require a deposit.

• Bank transfer, cash, and card payments are accepted. (Payments by card and cash must be made at the office.)

3. Cancellation Policy:

• The company may adjust the itinerary with prior notice.

• The company reserves the right to cancel a trip with insufficient participants, providing a full refund.
• We deserve the rights to cancel or amend the date of travel, with reasons such as insufficient tour members,flight cancellations or any predicted circumstances. We will not bear for any others loss caused by it. Full refund will be made for cancellation of tour; no refund will be made for personal
reasons.
• Only groups with 10-15 members are confirmed for departure. We have right not to send a tour leader to accompany the group if the group does not reach minimum of 16 passengers.

6. Refund Policy:

• Cancellation by Customers:
i. No deposit refunds for customer-initiated cancellations.
ii. Remaining funds will be refunded, excluding the deposit, unless the customer has registered for a K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization) for a South Korea package.
iii. No refunds will be provided for cancellations less than fifty (50) days before the scheduled trip.

• Cancellation Period Exceptions:
i. Customers may request to reschedule their trip to a future open date without incurring cancellation fees or loss of deposit.
ii. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and customers must notify their intent to reschedule at least fifty (50) days prior to the travel date.
iii. If a suitable future date is available, rescheduling will be accommodated at no additional cost

• Cancellation by Company/Travel Agent:
i. The company or travel agent of Hayu Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd has the full right to cancel any bookings/packages of the tour or trip for any reasons or circumstances, up to two (2) weeks prior to the travel date and the company will not bear any others loss caused by it.
ii. If the company or travel agent cancels any bookings/packages, a full refund of the paid amount by the customers will be made, or an appropriate amount after calculating the total cost to be borne by the
company (if any).

7. Refund Process:

• Include the booking reference number and relevant details in your refund request.
• We will acknowledge your request within three (3) working days and process the request as soon as possible.
• Please note that the refund process will be carried out in stages. For further information, please consult our officers.

• Refunds will be processed within one (1) month after approval.
• The timing of the refund appearing in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

9. Exceptions:

• No administrative fees will be deducted from approved refunds, except as required by applicable laws or regulations.
